An enthusiastic crowd gathered by the eighteenth green on Sunday to see Paul Lovney putt out and Kevin O’Donoghue drive in.
Paul’s year as captain was applauded by Kevin in his speech; a sentiment with which all present strongly agreed.
Kevin will be supported by his new vice captain Richard Charsley who made his maiden speech in fine style when he welcomed the new captain.
Kevin’s many friends in the club look forward to another excellent year under his captaincy.
